KPI Green Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

KPI Green Energy has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue surged 97% YoY to ₹577.8 Cr, with PAT up 142% to ₹104.18 Cr, thanks to strong project execution and reduced finance costs after QIP-led debt repayments. FY25 revenue jumped 70% to ₹1,755.16 Cr, doubling PAT to ₹325.28 Cr. The board declared a final dividend of 4% (Re. 0.20/share). New appointments include RHA & Co. as Internal Auditor. Strategic wins feature major contracts with Coal India (300 MW), MAHAGENCO (100 MW), and expansion via MoUs in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha.
