Bright Solar Limited — Others, 14-05-2025: Shareholders meeting

Bright Solar Limited has announced a board meeting to appoint M/s. S. V. Agrawal & Co. as the new statutory auditor following the resignation of the previous auditor. The board will consider re-designating Mrs. Jagrutiben R Joshi as an Independent Director for five years and appointing Ms. Avani A. Shah as an Independent Director for the same tenure. It will also seek approval to authorize borrowings up to ₹5 crore to strengthen working capital and support growth initiatives.
