Paisalo Digital Limited — Important, 14-05-2025: General Updates

Paisalo Digital has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 FY25 AUM grew 14% to ₹523.28 Cr, revenue rose 17% to ₹77.11 Cr, and PAT increased 11% to ₹20.01 Cr. Customer base reached a record 9.45 million with 1.52 million added in the quarter, supported by 3,565 touchpoints across 22 states. Business transformation and AI integration are progressing well, expected to mature within four quarters. GNPA/NNPA increased but remain controlled at 0.99%/0.76%, with strong capital adequacy at 39.16%.
