The company reported total income from operations of ₹290.79 Cr for the year ended March 31, 2025, with net profit after tax and exceptional items of ₹175.43 Cr. Earnings per share stood at ₹31.21. The board has proposed a 30% dividend (₹3 per share) for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval, highlighting steady performance and shareholder returns.
