Sai Life Sciences has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue grew 16% to ₹1695 Cr, driven by strong execution and capacity expansion. EBITDA jumped 42% to ₹425 Cr with margin expansion to 25%, while net profit more than doubled to ₹170 Cr. The company repaid ₹720 Cr debt, strengthening the balance sheet and lowering interest costs. Capex of ₹408 Cr continued in manufacturing and discovery, including launching a new Peptide Research Centre to capture growing complex peptide demand.
