Asahi India Glass Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Asahi India Glass has announced a board meeting on approving its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹4,594.48 Cr from ₹4,356.86 Cr, with net profit up at ₹367.30 Cr versus ₹325.05 Cr last year. EPS improved to ₹15.27 from ₹13.49. The float glass segment saw a temporary revenue dip due to the new plant’s commissioning, while automotive glass sales grew steadily. Commercial operations began at the new Soniyana float glass plant, boosting capacity. A ₹2 per share dividend for FY25 is proposed.
