Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Garware Hi-Tech Films has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. FY25 revenues rose 25.8% to ₹2,109.4 Cr, driven by strong demand in Sun Control Films, Paint Protection Films, and Industrial Products. EBITDA surged 54.3% to ₹495.5 Cr with margins at 23.5%, while PAT jumped 62.9% to ₹331.2 Cr. Q4 revenue and PAT grew 22.7% and 34.6%, respectively. A final dividend of ₹12/share was proposed. Capex plans include a TPU extrusion line by FY27 and expanded PPF capacity by Q2 FY26. Senior auditor appointments were also approved.
