FY25 saw record consolidated revenue of ₹2,109.4 Cr (+25.8% YoY), EBITDA at ₹495.5 Cr (+54.3%), and PAT ₹331.2 Cr (+62.9%). Growth was driven by strong demand in Sun Control Films, Paint Protection Films, and Industrial Products. They’re investing in TPU extrusion and PPF capacity expansion, alongside expanding Garware Application Studios and boosting digital marketing to capture more share in India’s growing PPF market.
