Abhishek Integrations Limited has announced a board meeting on 14th May 2025, approving audited financial results for the full year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs. 74.21 lakh for the half year and Rs. 102.56 lakh for the full year, driven by steady growth in Infrastructure & Utility Services, Electrical Goods manufacturing and trading, and Coal trading. EPS stood at Rs. 2.46 annualized. Strengthening its governance, the board appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26.
