Graphite India Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Graphite India has announced a board meeting on 14th May 2025 to approve its audited consolidated financial results for FY25. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹2,560 Cr and a PAT of ₹458 Cr, excluding a one-time exceptional gain of ₹954 Cr from a prior land sale. EBITDA was robust at ₹591 Cr. A dividend of ₹11 per share (face value ₹2) is proposed. Mr. Debanjan Mandal joins as Independent Director and Audit Committee member. Bajaj Todi & Associates is appointed Secretarial Auditors for five years. Inventory write-down due to electrode price drops amounts to ₹113 Cr.
