Hikal Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hikal Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board declared a final dividend of 40% (Re. 0.80 per share), bringing the total dividend to 70% for the year, subject to shareholder approval. Sameer Hiremath was redesignated as Vice Chairman & Managing Director. The company also appointed new Secretarial and Cost Auditors for the upcoming fiscal year, awaiting shareholder approval.
