Graphite India has announced a board meeting on 14th May 2025, approving audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue was Rs. 2,420 Cr with profit before tax at Rs. 569 Cr, showing resilience despite inventory write-downs from falling electrode prices. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs. 458 Cr. The Board proposed a dividend of Rs. 11 per share, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Debanjan Mandal joins as Additional Independent Director and Audit Committee member, and Bajaj Todi & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending approvals.
