Globe International Carriers Ltd. has announced a board meeting on approving the acquisition of a 51% stake in Govind Kripa Infratech Pvt. Ltd. by purchasing 40.8 lakh shares for Rs. 29.43 Cr via a share swap, issuing up to 30.69 lakh equity shares at Rs. 95.90 each. Post-approval, GKIT will become a subsidiary. The company also plans to migrate from NSE SME to the NSE main board, pending shareholder approval, with an EGM scheduled to approve the preferential equity issuance tied to this acquisition.
