Blue Jet Healthcare Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Blue Jet Healthcare has announced a board meeting on May 14, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenues surged to ₹1,076.24 Cr, with profit before tax doubling to ₹406.10 Cr year-on-year. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹1.2 per share (60% on ₹2 face value), subject to shareholder approval. The company plans to raise up to ₹1,500 Cr via equity, convertible debentures, or other securities. It’s expanding manufacturing capacity by acquiring a 30,366 sq.m. industrial plot in Gujarat. Ms. Payal Gandhi joins as Senior Management Personnel from June 1, 2025. Internal auditors were re-appointed for FY26.
