AVG Logistics has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
The company has secured ₹112 Cr in long-term debt from PSU banks to fund capex plans for FY25/26, focusing on expanding its Full Truck Load, Partial Truck Load, cold chain, and green logistics capabilities, including EV and LNG fleets. This expansion aims to boost operational capacity to handle long-term contracts across FMCG, automotive, and pharma sectors and is expected to generate around ₹100 Cr in annualized revenue from FY26/27.
This move strengthens AVG’s growth prospects with increased revenue potential and margin improvement, supported by sustainable and tech-enabled logistics solutions that align with current market demands.
