AVG Logistics Limited — Important, 14-05-2025: Disclosure of material issue
AVG Logistics has announced a board meeting on its long-term debt facilities of ₹112 Cr from two PSU banks to fund capital expenditure in FY26. The investment will acquire assets aimed at supporting key long-term contracts and expanding Full Truck Load, Partial Truck Load, cold chain, and green logistics (EV & LNG fleets). This is expected to drive around ₹100 Cr in additional annual revenues from FY27 and improve nationwide distribution efficiency across sectors like FMCG, automotive, and pharmaceuticals.
The move enhances capacity and revenue potential through asset-backed contracts and operational improvements. Management views this funding as strong lender confidence, aligning with their focus on tech-driven, sustainable logistics and long-term value creation. This step supports AVG’s growth strategy and market expansion.
