Surya Roshni has announced a board meeting on May 14, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Steel Pipes hit record volumes of 2.6 lakh tons in Q4 and 8.77 lakh tons for FY25, with a 14% rise in EBITDA per ton in Q4. Lighting & Consumer Durables grew 10% in Q4, sustaining EBITDA margins at 10.3%. Despite a 5% YoY revenue drop to ₹7,436 crore for FY25, consolidated EBITDA grew 4% to ₹609 crore, expanding margins to 8.19%. The company ended FY25 with ₹342 crore net cash surplus and declared a final dividend of ₹3/share.
