Bhagiradha Chemicals & Industries Limited — Important, 14-05-2025: Updates

Bhagiradha Chemicals has announced a board meeting. Its subsidiary, Bheema Fine Chemicals Pvt Ltd, converted loans and accrued interest of Rs.367.53 Cr into 4.08 crore equity shares at Rs.90 each, strengthening Bheema’s balance sheet without fresh capital. Bheema, focused on agrochemical manufacturing, reported a turnover of Rs.17.02 Cr for FY 2024-25. The parent company retains full ownership with no change in shareholding percentage.
