NIIT Learning Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NIIT Learning Systems has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to Rs 1,653.26 Cr from Rs 1,553.51 Cr last year. Profit after tax was Rs 48.72 Cr for the quarter and Rs 306.36 Cr for the year. The board declared a final dividend of Rs 3 per share.
