Integra Engineering India Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board appointed Mr. Dilipsinh Jadeja as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director, bringing 37 years of leadership in railway infrastructure and metro projects. The company also selected M/s. CNK & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term and M/s. Devesh Pathak & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. Various board committees, including the Stakeholders’ Relationship and CSR Committees, were reconstituted with new chairpersons and members.
