Nelco has announced a board meeting on 9th June 2025, with the record date on the same day to identify shareholders eligible for the dividend payout, pending approval at the Annual General Meeting. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from 10th to 16th June 2025. Shareholders holding shares by the record date will qualify for the dividend once approved.
