Rushil Decor Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-05-2025: Dividend

Rushil Decor has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per share (10% on face value of Rs. 1), pending shareholder approval at the AGM. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs. 479.35 million with an EPS of Rs. 1.75. Shareholders also benefited from a one-time exceptional gain of Rs. 19.96 million from a land sale.
