Wendt (India) Limited’s promoters, Carborundum Universal Limited and Wendt GmbH, have amended their shareholders’ agreement to let Wendt GmbH potentially sell its entire 37.5% stake through an Offer for Sale. If Wendt GmbH’s holding falls below 10%, it will no longer be a joint venture partner, ending the joint shareholders' agreement with CUMI. This change doesn't affect Wendt (India) Limited’s management control or add any liabilities, ensuring operational stability while allowing potential ownership shifts.
