Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zuari Agro Chemicals has announced a board meeting outcome approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, reporting a net profit of INR 80.95 Cr. The board re-appointed Mr. Sanjeev Lall as Independent Director for three years from September 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. New appointments include M/s. S. S. Sonthalia & Co. as Cost Auditor, M/s. Protiviti India as Internal Auditor, and Mr. Shivaram Bhat as Secretarial Auditor. The Mahad plant shutdown is expected to resume by June 2025. A merger plan between Mangalore Chemicals and Paradeep Phosphates is progressing.
