Hikal Ltd. has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue reached Rs 552 Cr with EBITDA of Rs 123 Cr and PAT of Rs 50 Cr, driven by margin expansion to 22.4%. Pharmaceutical division surged 20% QoQ to Rs 351 Cr, with EBIT up 65% on strong API sales and a growing CDMO pipeline. Crop protection revenue rose 30% QoQ to Rs 201 Cr, with EBIT up 160% despite pricing pressures. Net debt-to-equity improved to 0.59, supported by better cash flow and debt reduction. Final dividend of 40% approved.
