The company launched Big Big Pizza as a value innovation and introduced ELATE, India’s first Android-based POS system, enhancing operational efficiency. Focus remains on affordable offerings, tech-enabled operations, and expanding into 54 underpenetrated cities in India. Future capex prioritizes store expansion and technology after a peak commissionary spend cycle. Digital engagement gained momentum with Monthly Active Users growing 17% to 13.1 million and loyalty membership reaching 33.7 million.
