Muthoot Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Muthoot Finance has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated Loan AUM jumped 37% YoY to ₹1.22 lakh Cr, with standalone Loan AUM up 43% to ₹1.09 lakh Cr. Consolidated PAT increased 20% YoY to ₹5,352 Cr, while standalone PAT rose 28% to ₹5,201 Cr. Gold Loan AUM hit a record ₹1.03 lakh Cr, up 41%. The company declared its highest-ever dividend of ₹26/share and grew its branch network by 850 in FY25. Credit ratings were upgraded, reflecting strong momentum across subsidiaries like Muthoot Homefin and Muthoot Money.
