Jubilant FoodWorks has announced a board meeting that approved revoking corporate guarantees of EUR 116.09 million previously issued to HSBC Bank for its subsidiary Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V., planning to replace them with a non-recourse alternative. The board promoted Mr. Tejaswi Narasimha Nori, Senior VP and Business Head of Hong’s Kitchen and Dunkin’, to Senior Management, recognizing his extensive experience. Additionally, M/s. Chandrasekaran Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.
