Polychem Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with the assets and liabilities and cash flow statements. The Board proposes a dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share (200% of face value) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval. M/s S.K. Lotlikar & Co. has been re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and M/s Ragini Chokshi & Co. has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to approval.
