Hero MotoCorp has announced a board meeting on May 13, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone revenue grew 4% to Rs. 9,939 Cr in the quarter and 9% to Rs. 40,756 Cr for the year. Profit after tax rose 6% quarterly to Rs. 1,081 Cr and 16% annually to Rs. 4,610 Cr. Consolidated revenue increased 4% quarterly and 8% annually to Rs. 9,970 Cr and Rs. 40,923 Cr, while consolidated profit after tax surged 24% quarterly to Rs. 1,169 Cr and 17% annually to Rs. 4,376 Cr. The company declared a dividend of Rs. 165 per share.
