Eicher Motors has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue hit a record ₹5,241 Cr (+23% YoY), EBITDA rose 11% to ₹1,258 Cr, and PAT grew 27% to ₹1,362 Cr. FY25 revenue increased 14% to ₹18,870 Cr, EBITDA by 9% to ₹4,712 Cr, and PAT jumped 18% to ₹4,734 Cr. Royal Enfield surpassed 1 million motorcycle sales with exports up 30%. VE Commercial Vehicles reported ₹23,548 Cr revenue (+7.7%) and PAT of ₹1,286 Cr, boosted by new electric truck launches. Final dividend raised 34% to ₹70/share.
