Tata Power has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 PAT grew 25% YoY to ₹1,306 crore, and FY25 PAT rose 26% to ₹5,197 crore. Revenue hit a record ₹64,502 crore, with EBITDA up 14% to ₹14,468 crore. Strong performance in T&D (PAT +50% Q4) and renewables (PAT +62% Q4) drove growth, with rooftop solar capacity surpassing 3 GW. Manufacturing added ₹422 crore PAT. Moody’s upgraded the credit outlook to positive. The board declared a ₹2.25 dividend per share for FY25.
