Lloyds Metals and Energy has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is advancing its acquisition of a 79.82% stake in Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Private Limited (TEIL) for Rs. 70 Cr. This move follows approval for demerging its Mining Development and Operations business into TEIL, which is also acquiring majority control of Lloyds Surya Private Limited. National Company Law Tribunal approval is pending to finalize the demerger.
