Blue Jet Healthcare has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue surged 85.1% YoY to Rs. 340.4 Cr, led by pharmaceutical intermediates, with EBITDA margin improving to 41.1%. FY25 revenue rose 44.7% YoY to Rs. 1,030 Cr, delivering a 36.7% EBITDA margin and 29.6% PAT margin. Gadolinium-based intermediates are now commercialized and dispatched. The company acquired a 3.04-acre land parcel at Dahej for Rs. 11.12 Cr and proposes a final dividend of Rs. 1.2 per share. A tax dispute claim of Rs. 193.4 Cr remains under appeal.
