International Conveyors Ltd has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated net profit surged to Rs. 91.71 Cr from Rs. 62.39 Cr, while revenue rose to Rs. 151.85 Cr. A final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share was approved. The board re-appointed M/s Lodha & Co. LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. Plans are underway to acquire 100% equity of International Conveyors Australia Pty Ltd, pending approval. The company also recognized an exceptional loss of Rs. 16.62 Cr due to impairment in its Singapore subsidiary, which is set to be closed.
