The company posted revenue of INR 914.25 Cr and net profit of INR 60.25 Cr. Strong growth in Train and Bus segments boosted total segment profits to INR 401.35 Cr. It allotted 1.81 lakh shares under ESOS, increasing paid-up equity capital to INR 39.03 Cr. Le Travenues also completed acquiring 51% stake in Zoop Web Services. Operating cash flows remain strong at INR 122.21 Cr, fueling expansion plans.
