Abans Enterprises has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 83.06 Cr with a profit after tax of Rs. 3.17 Cr for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to Rs. 51.26 Cr revenue and Rs. 2.02 Cr profit last year. The board approved a proposal to raise up to Rs. 1,000 Cr through issuance of debt or non-convertible securities subject to necessary approvals. Auditor’s report gave an unmodified opinion. The board also noted that the merger of its wholly owned subsidiary, Abans Jewels Limited, is pending regulatory approval and not yet accounted for in these results.
