Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kirloskar Oil Engines has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹6,349 Cr from ₹5,898 Cr last year, with profit before tax up to ₹652 Cr from ₹595 Cr. Net profit increased to ₹472 Cr vs. ₹437 Cr, and EPS hit ₹9.03. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹4 per share (200%). The company also booked ₹20.9 Cr gain from selling an aircraft and set up a wholly owned subsidiary in the UAE with an initial ₹1.5 Cr investment.
