Hitachi Energy India Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hitachi Energy India Limited has announced a board meeting approving its financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue rose 13% YoY to INR 1922 Cr, while full-year revenue grew 23% to INR 6442 Cr. Profit after tax jumped 62% YoY in Q4 to INR 184 Cr and 134% for the year to INR 384 Cr. Operational EBITDA margin improved to 12.3% in Q4. Orders surged 56% YoY in Q4 and 228% for FY25 to INR 18,174 Cr, led by major HVDC and statcom deals. A final dividend of INR 6/share (300%) was declared. Auditor appointments were also approved.
