Transport Corporation of India Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved issuing non-convertible debentures up to Rs. 200 Cr and appointed M/s Vinod Kothari & Co. as secretarial auditors for five years starting 2025-26, pending shareholder approval. Continuation of Mr. S N Agarwal as Non-Executive Director beyond 75 years and re-appointment of Mr. Vikrampati Singhania for a second five-year term as Independent Director were approved. Ms. Archana Pandey resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer; Group CFO Ashish Kumar Tiwari will temporarily handle compliance.
