Abans Enterprises has announced a board meeting approving the appointment of Mr. Anurag Kanwatia as an Additional Executive Director, alongside his current role as CFO. Mr. Kanwatia brings 12 years of experience in accounting, audit, taxation, and financial reporting across diverse sectors. The board also accepted the resignation of Executive Director Mr. Deepak Zope due to personal commitments. Additionally, M/s. D.A. Kamat & Co. has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. These changes strengthen the company’s management and compliance framework.
