Abans Enterprises has announced a board meeting that approved the appointment of Mr. Anurag Kanwatia as an Additional Executive Director, adding to his existing role as CFO. Mr. Kanwatia brings around 12 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting across diverse industries. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Deepak Zope as Executive Director due to personal commitments. Additionally, M/s. D.A. Kamat & Co. has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval, to oversee compliance from FY2025-26 to FY2029-30.
