Hitachi Energy India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 14-05-2025: Dividend

Hitachi Energy India Limited has announced a board meeting on May 14, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 orders surged 56% YoY to INR 2,190.8 Cr, revenue rose 13% YoY to INR 1,921.9 Cr, and PAT jumped 62% to INR 183.9 Cr. Full-year orders soared 228% to INR 18,173.8 Cr, revenue grew 23% to INR 6,442.1 Cr, and PAT more than doubled to INR 384 Cr. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 6 per share (300% FV), enhancing shareholder returns, subject to approval.
