Abans Enterprises has announced a board meeting approving the appointment of Mr. Anurag Kanwatia as an Additional Executive Director, in addition to his current role as CFO. Mr. Kanwatia brings 12 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and taxation across multiple sectors. The board also accepted the resignation of Executive Director Mr. Deepak Zope due to his pre-occupation. Additionally, M/s. D.A. Kamat & Co. has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval, strengthening the company’s compliance and governance oversight.
