The Karnataka Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 14-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Karnataka Bank has announced a board meeting on May 14, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The bank reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,272.84 crore, slightly down from last year’s ₹1,306.61 crore. Total income rose to ₹10,283 crore, while asset quality remained stable with Gross NPA at 3.08% and Net NPA at 1.31%. Capital adequacy under Basel III was robust at 19.85%. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹5 per share. A provision of ₹18.87 crore was made for UPI transaction irregularities.
