SAMHI Hotels has announced a board meeting to approve a ₹45 Cr investment in its subsidiary Ascent Hotels by acquiring 67.26 lakh shares from Vascon Engineers. Ascent Hotels’ turnover rose to ₹140 Cr in FY25 from ₹118 Cr in FY24. This move secures SAMHI’s full ownership of Ascent, strengthening its hotel asset management and securing a steady revenue stream.
