SAMHI Hotels has announced a board meeting and approved a ₹125 Cr equity infusion into its subsidiary Ascent Hotels via a rights issue. Ascent’s turnover rose to ₹140.05 Cr in FY25 from ₹118.50 Cr in FY24. The funds will back acquisitions and repay inter-corporate loans. SAMHI retains full ownership, reinforcing its focus on expanding hospitality assets and strengthening its balance sheet for future strategic moves.
