IRIS Business Services has announced a board meeting on which it approved consolidated financial results for FY25, reporting revenue of ₹125.97 Cr, up 23% YoY, and net profit of ₹13.25 Cr, rising 51%. The SupTech segment led growth with ₹61.5 Cr revenue, a 34% increase. The board reappointed M/s. M. P. Chitale & Co. and M/s. KKC & Associates LLP as Internal and Statutory Auditors for five years. M/s. Priti J Sheth & Associates joined as Secretarial Auditors, pending shareholder approval. Interim management continues after the CEO’s passing.
