Graphite India has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY2025 consolidated net sales declined 13.2% to Rs. 2,560 Cr due to lower realizations despite volume growth, with EBITDA at Rs. 692 Cr and net profit at Rs. 458 Cr. Standalone sales dropped 16.4% to Rs. 2,420 Cr, EBITDA stood at Rs. 656 Cr, and net profit was Rs. 452 Cr. Margin pressure from weaker electrode prices and steady raw material costs persists. The strong net cash position of Rs. 4,005 Cr underpins expansion into battery tech and graphene.
