AGI Greenpac Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue rose 5% YoY to ₹2529 crore, with EBITDA up 17% to ₹689 crore (27% margin). PAT increased 28% to ₹322 crore, driven by capacity upgrades and expansion into higher-margin cosmetics, perfumery, and alcohol segments. Q4 PAT jumped 50% on a 13% revenue increase. A ₹700 crore investment is planned for a new 500-tonne/day plant in Madhya Pradesh, increasing capacity by 25%.
